About Us

We do this because we care!

Carriager Transport LLC is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company founded in Florida, by a few brothers. 

The company was founded by the Brothers, after their mother, went to a doctors appointment in Orlando, Florida a few years ago. What was supposed to be a routine checkup, turned into a horror story, when their mother was undergoing a cardiac stress test on a treadmill. As the test was to come to an end, and the staff was supposed to safely reduce the speed and ultimately shutoff the machine, instead turned into a traumatic experience, with the staff hitting the button on the treadmill, only to increase the speed to the maximum level. Mom began to shout, “Stop! Stop! Stop!”, but to no avail. Furthermore, rather than engaging the emergency mechanism to stop the machine, the staff watched and waited, until she lost her footing due to the speed, and fell face first onto the treadmill surface. The result was profuse bleeding from the nose and mouth, in addition to serious dental damage as well as psychological trauma. 

This traumatic episode led the Brothers to try their utmost to care for their mother and ensure that this type of treatment is never administered to another patient again. This led to a long and ardent journey navigating the healthcare, legal, and political systems. 

The Brothers became determined to show how quality of care should be done, and ensure that every client is treated with a quality of care in the healthcare system, which their own family would give them. 

Hence, the genesis of Carriager Transport, a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Company, focusing on providing the very best quality of care and service to our community.
